iQA was established in 2006 as a small department of Centurion Academy and subsequently formed a new partnership with Fernwood Business College (Pty) Ltd to establish a new private tertiary institution called iQ Academy. During this time, we became registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as both a Private Higher Education Institution (PHEI) and a Further Education and Training provider (FET).
