University of Free State Prospectus for 2022: Kindly take note that this prospectus is aimed at prospective undergraduate students wishing to apply for a place at the University of the Free State (UFS) and who wish to start their studies at the UFS during the 2022 academic year. The prospectus accordingly describes and outlines the programmes and services offered by the UFS, as well as the minimum admission requirements for each programme, but must be read together with the policies, rules, and regulations of the UFS (as may be amended from time to time). In order to be considered for selection in a programme, an applicant is required to comply with the programme’s minimum admission criteria in respect of the total AP score (APS), subject-specific requirements (as determined per programme), and the faculty/department’s specific requirements. However, due to limited space, fulfilling all the minimum entry (admission) requirements does not guarantee acceptance to study at the UFS, or entrance into any particular programme offered by the UFS.
